Where We Ship
Ameda ships to all U.S. States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship Internationally.
Due to carrier service challenges across the country, Ameda cannot currently guarantee expedited shipping and delivery dates. Delivery dates are estimations only. Any delivery date estimations are provided exclusively by the shipping carrier and Ameda does not offer any guarantee or warranty as to accuracy.
Hawaii and Alaska Customers
Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx Air and arrive within 7 business days.
PO Box Addresses
At this time we are unable to ship items to post office boxes.
Shipping Methods
Please note that all shipping windows are using business days. Business days are defined as Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm central time. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some locations outside of the contiguous U.S. require additional transit time.
Standard Shipping (5 to 7 business days)
- Free on orders $25 and over
- $5 for orders under $25
Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days)
- $18.90 for all orders
- Orders placed before 1PM CT Monday - Friday will ship same day.
- Orders placed after 1:30PM CT Monday - Friday, and weekend and holiday orders will ship the next business day.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
- $30.90 for all orders
- Orders placed before 1PM CT Monday - Friday will ship same day.
- Orders placed after 1:30PM CT Monday - Friday, and weekend and holiday orders will ship the next business day.

- Home Delivery: Tuesday-Saturday
- FedEx Express: Monday-Friday

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the FedEx tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.
Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
- Most items are available to ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted.
