Ameda valves are compatible with several of Ameda's hospital-strength personal pumps and multi-user breast pumps, which use the Ameda HygieniKit Milk Collection System. To ensure the best performance of your breast pump, we recommend replacing valves every 8-12 weeks, depending on cleaning and use. If you need spare parts this is perfect!
It comes with everything you would need to replace after a while! Its cheaper this way then ordering from the ameda website! And the products are just as good.

The spare parts for the kit actually seemed like better quality than what came with the pump. Maybe because it was a couple years later but I didn't use my pump very much the first time around. However I highly recommend being very careful while cleaning the valves because they tear easy and it affects the suction a little bit. Also I broke the tube connection on the bladder cap so be careful because they don't sell those by themselves and the connection is important. The tubing in this kit was so sturdy but after sanitizing it got a little cloudy but no big deal. Over all I like this brand I don't think it's that much different from the hospital quality but it is easier to clean than madela.
